The property was lovely and met our needs. Had major noise problems due to building working going on, continuous noise due to groundwork which spoilt our enjoyment. Would not recommend Solmar as they do not respond to you regarding any complaints or issues you may have. Continually phoning and emailing only to be ignored

Lovely large villa everything you need. Nice and clean and plenty of towels. One down side was the first four days of our holiday was the pool was freezing cold but after that with a few days of sun on it was bearable

Nice villa overall in a good location - relatively quiet but beaches and bar/ restaurants within east walking distance. It was VERY hot (35-38c) when we were there and the bedrooms would have benefited from air conditioning- the ceiling fans helped but weren’t enough. Pool was fantastic - a good size, clean and well maintained. Minor problem with the vehicle gate which wouldn’t operate in hot weather! Parking outside was fine though. Also an espresso type coffee machine didn’t work.

To access the villa there is a path which is 82cm wide with three steps. The front door and other access door both have a door width of 86cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, there is a handrail where the steps are located. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom and bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a door width of 100cm and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
