You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located within Cala'n Forcat, Villa Flores Blanes is an ideal retreat for those not wanting to hire a car. A great choice for those wanting to experience true Menorca cuisines, local bars, restaurants and cafes are a short stroll away. Spend evening after evening enjoying delicious tapas, traditional paellas and fresh seafood under the stars. With a rocky coastline and sandy coves, Menorca provides an enjoyable day at the beach. Spend hours snorkeling the coastline and admire the tropical sea life that swims below.
This beautiful property features a 7x3.5m pool, with Roman steps and is surrounded by a large terracotta patio. Lined with sun loungers, this stunning garden terrace is ideal for catching a few rays under the sunshine. For light lunches, there's a dining table and brick-built BBQ located outside. Inside, the property is split into two levels, with most of the rooms located on the ground floor. There's a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dual fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There are also two twin bedrooms on the ground floor whilst the main bedroom is located on the first floor, a double with its own balcony.

To access the villa there is a path which is 235cm wide. The front door has a width of 83cm. The path to the poolside is 235cm wide. There is a small lip over the front door and the patio doors. The poolside is flat and tiled. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 90cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 99cm wide.
