Everything went smoothly for the booking and communication. However, the holiday home is much older than the photos suggest. At first glance, everything seemed clean, but you were not allowed to look too much into detail. The kitchen really needed replacing! The drawers and cupboards were not clean on the inside. The grey sofa is black (dirty) on all sides and edges. There was black mould on the window above the bath in the shower in the room upstairs. The toilet upstairs often kept running. The sliding window in the room upstairs could not be closed completely. The legs of the bed upstairs were completely loose (we were able to screw them on ourselves) and the mattress seemed like a rubber mattress (rock hard) and with the slightest movement you wake your partner up because of the noise of the mattress. Some renovation budget is needed to get this villa - on the inside - back in a good condition. The outdoor area is good, the swimming pool and the garden were neat and the location of the villa is perfect! You are close to the supermarket and many restaurants, shops, beaches, ... The check-in and check-out also went very smoothly. All in all a nice holiday, hopefully the villas will be renovated soon for the next tenants.

Excellent location near main area of town with bars/restaurants within a few mins walk. Short walk to beach. Villa well equipped. Pool excellent. Minor issue - Only one parasol that had seen better days.

When you arrive at the property you enter through the gate onto a tiled pathway with a slight incline to the front door (80cm), on your arrival inside the villa you will find the 2 ground floor twin rooms to your right (70cm) and the shower room (60cm) up the curved staircase you will reach the master bedroom (80cm), the en-suite (70cm) and patio sliding double doors on to the balcony. Back downstairs and off the living space is the kitchen through an arch-way (80cm) through double sliding patio doors( ½ step) is the terrace and garden/pool area, which is all on one level and tiled surrounding the pool, with a garden surrounding the pathways. The pool is access by some square steps with no handrail in corner (3steps).
