Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 220cm wide with 13 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm whilst the other access doors have a width of 150cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is an uneven surface, the pool path is 310cm wide. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm and the shower room door is 70cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the widest bedroom door is 70cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 70cm whilst the door into the lounge is 150cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
