Upon arrival at the villa to a level driveway and a tiled pathway which wraps itself around the property, entering front door (85) into entrance hall to the left is kitchen (70) double doors to outside (120) and sliding door onto living space (170), the living space with two double sliding doors to outside terrace (110). Back from the entrance hall is ground floor twin room (80) with walk in shower room with sliding door (80), laundry room (70), bathroom (70) door to back terrace (70), and bedroom (70) twin room (70). Upstairs (16 stairs) to master suite with shower room step into shower (70) walk-in wardrobe (70) and double sliding doors onto balcony (120) overlooking the garden, BBQ and pool area which is on a level surface.
