You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Just a fifteen-minute stroll away is the beloved resort of Cala'n Bosch, renowned for its coved sand beach and picturesque marina. From open-air restaurants to shopping in packed streets, it makes for an unforgettable, well-rounded family holiday. Stretching further afield is Ciutadella, jam-packed with fascinating history, a rich culture and a vibrant shopping scene. For all of your essentials, there’s a sizable supermarket just a five-minute walk away, as well as a bus stop for a quicker route into town.
The house is classically Mediterranean inside and out, with soft peach-painted walls, vibrant green shutters, and a structure with decadent arches. The interiors echo the island’s traditional vibe but mix in a taste of contemporary. In the living room, the rustic stone feature walls complement the sleek furniture and slick, white entertainment unit. The neutral colour scheme create a peaceful atmosphere throughout.
