You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Chic and modern inside and out, Villa Perez feels bright, airy and welcoming from the moment you arrive and features high quality furniture throughout to ensure the utmost comfort.
Each of the four spacious bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, and between them, share three full bathrooms. On the ground floor, the open plan lounge/diner is also air conditioned and has large glass doors leading directly onto the terrace, allowing you to cool off on the sofa whilst gazing out at your private pool. Surrounding the pool is plenty of space for sunbathing, as well as a large covered area perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.
For those who like to get out and about during their holiday, Villa Perez has an enviable position within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and wonderful beach in the popular resort of Cala en Bosch. It is also just ten minutes by car or local bus from the larger resort of Ciutadella, where you can spend wonderful atmospheric evenings sampling some fresh fish along the waterfront and enjoying some laid back nightlife.

To access the villa there is a path which is 142cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 163cm wide but there is a step down from this way. Paths from the villa to the pool are 143cm wide and the ground is flat. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide.
