You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Situated within the popular Cap D'Artrutx area of Cala en Bosch, Villa Adelfa is a 15 minute walk from a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and a short drive from the resort’s superb sandy beach.
Well suited to a small family, the villa offers three bedrooms which share two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with patio doors to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, all spread over one floor. Air conditioning is available throughout, as well as Wi-Fi for those who like to stay in touch. The entire villa is furnished in a tasteful contemporary style which compliments the elements of Spanish tradition such as terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Overall, this creates a welcoming and homely interior which we are sure you will love.
The exterior of the property is where we envisage most time will be spent, whether it be cooling off in the tempting pool or soaking up the magnificent Mediterranean sunshine as you recline on a sun lounger. A ribbon of lawn encircles the pool, great for family games, and a shaded terrace runs along the length of the villa, ideal for alfresco dining.
Villa Adelfa is located next door to Villa Safron, ideal for two families holidaying together.

To access the villa there is a path which is 234cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled with small areas of lawn. The path from the front to the back of the villa is 70cm wide. There is a lip over the patio door. This is a ground-floor property. All bedroom doors are 79cm wide, whilst the bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
