Lovely villa with horrendous view of 2 active construction sites along with diggers ,cranes, drilling, cement mixing and leering workmen and no access to front of house …oh and also a broken fridge freezer and a faulty intercom system that would randomly go off in the middle of the night.

Spacious and with every comfort, in a nice area but with nothing around it except other villas. Not one single restaurant nor a bar. Supermarket nearby only suitable for very basic needs

Hello, It depends on who. In our case, there were things that I didn't like. For example, traveling with a baby, not being able to check in on time... is a serious mistake. I arrived at 4:00 p.m. and entered the house without needing a key since everything was open and I found remains of garbage all over the house. They had only recently started cleaning... we were waiting until 5:15 p.m. with a baby in the car and the supermarket shopping warming up... In addition, they put the crib in without a mattress. We had to "create" a mattress with blankets and sheets so that the baby would be well. Not to mention that the crib was not for a 4-month-old baby but for a one-year-old baby... which made the nights difficult. Finally, I didn't like the cleanliness of the house either, I found cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as many bees at the entrance. I think the house is very comfortable but the care of the house needs to improve a lot.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide along with 30 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 75cm and other doors that access the pool area are 70cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are uneven and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
