To access the villa there is an open path which is 250cm wide with twenty-five steps. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst the other doors to terrace have a width of 260cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool is accessed via a gate with two steps. The pool itself has step access. There are 15 steps to the first floor. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door and bathroom door is 70cm, there are four steps to the ground floor bedrooms.
