You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Sat on a small street, this car-optional property boasts a gorgeous refreshing pool with meander mosaic tiles and elegantly rounded steps. Sun loungers aplenty line the pool, whilst an open and covered terrace offers alfresco dining for up to eight people. Make use of the brick-built BBQ as you cook up a storm amongst friends and family whilst planning tomorrow's adventures.
Inside you'll notice this beautiful property feels like a home from home, as an open-plan living room comes complete with cosy sofas. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped, making your cooking experience as simple as possible whilst on holiday. As an added bonus, there's even a dishwasher and washing machine for you to keep on top of your holiday laundry. This ground-floor property also features four bedrooms, making it ideal for up to eight people. A large double room features a bathroom ensuite, whilst the other three bedrooms boast twin beds, one of which is ensuite whilst the remaining two share a separate shower room.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 74cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The ground is relatively flat, with the exception of a slight incline from the main gate to the pool level. There is then 2 steps (or a ramp) to access the terrace, and a further step to the front door. There is 1 step to access the BBQ area. The terrace is tiled. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 66cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 68cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 140cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
