This typical Menorcan villa is comfortably furnished with an open plan living/dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen with patio doors leading onto the shaded terrace and 3 bright and airy bedrooms, one of which has a spacious en-suite and private balcony. The inviting kidney shaped pool and covered alfresco terrace area are perfect for spending days lounging in the Menorcan sunshine.

If you can tear yourself away from your villa the resort centre is a short walk away with a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets and even a few bars in which to enjoy after dinner drinks. If that isn’t enough to tempt you there is also a variety of sports available in the resort including tennis, boat hire, kayaking or even pedaloes for the little ones. There’s something for everyone in Cala Galdana.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide, the grounds are flat but there are two steps to get to the pool and the pool has steps to enter. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 16 steps to the first floor.
