The villa is thoughtfully arranged over two floors, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. On the ground floor, a bright and airy lounge leads into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy indoors or out on the terrace. Additionally, this floor includes one of the four air‑conditioned bedrooms and a convenient shower room.

On the second floor, there’s a welcoming surprise. Besides the two sea‑facing bedrooms with their stunning views, there is an additional bedroom that, together with a living room and its own bathroom, forms a self‑contained suite. It even has a separate additional entrance via an external staircase from the driveway, while a delightful terrace completes the space, offering an ideal setting for your morning coffee. To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is open, tiled and relatively flat, the pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, there are 15 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 76cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 76cm.
