Really lovely spacious villa with fabulous outdoor area. Only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that on closer inspection the villa is slightly tired. Second row from coast is great location. In high season there would be lots bars/restaurants open within walking distance but in low season there is a need to go further afield. Would recommend a car. We had an issue with one of the toilets not working but it was fixed fairly promptly so no problem.

The terrace and external environment is 5 star however, the interior of the premises is a little dated, particularly the toilet facilities, which on occasions can be somewhat aromatic. Overall, I would return to the villa for its location and terrace/pool but would welcome a change to the shower room/toilet design. The toilet adjacent to the back double bedroom could easily be formatted into an en-suite, with aircon added to both.

To access the villa there is a path which is 290cm wide with 5 steps leading to the villa. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 70cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 6 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. Inside, there are 2 steps down from the dining area to the living room. There are 3 steps to the twin bedrooms and bathrooms. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 69cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 183cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
