To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 9 steps. The driveway is on a steep incline. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 93cm wide. There is a slight lip over the patio doors. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst the pool has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The first bedroom on your right (double) has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is also 70cm wide. There is a step up to the shower. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
