Accessibility information

The area where the villa is situated is hilly, it is a fairly long walk down to any local amenities or to the beach. To access the villa there is a path which is 107cm wide, leading to the front door which is 78cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 74cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 145cm wide, the path to the pool is 480cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, however there are multiple steps from the pool area to a rural garden which is uneven, this area does not effect any accesses to the villa or pool/terrace areas. The pool has steps. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 78cm wide. “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can
