The villa is situated in a hilly area, with a 110cm-wide path leading to the front door. Access to the villa involves ascending 13 steps, and the front door is 75cm wide. The outdoor space includes a terrace and a pool area, but access to these areas is not directly available from the front door. From the front door, there are three steps down to the terrace and an additional step down to the pool area. The path to the pool is 160cm wide in most parts, though some sections are narrow. The pool features Roman steps for entry. The property is on an incline, and the shops, bars, and restaurants are downhill from the villa. Inside the villa, there are multiple changes in height. The living room connects to the kitchen and dining area via four steps up, and there are another four steps up from the hallway to the main bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Doors within the property vary in width, with the first twin bedroom door measuring 69cm, the main bathroom door measuring 70cm, the kitchen/dining entrance measuring 95cm, and the lounge area door measuring 85cm. While the property offers a combination of terraces and a pool area, its stepped access and changes in height may pose challenges for individuals with mobility concerns.
