Seven of us enjoyed a great week at Villa Sarah in June. We were five adults and two children aged 4 and nearly 2. The villa was clean and tidy for our arrival and the air conditioning kept us all very cool. Villa Sarah is well laid out especially for multi generational families. The far reaching views from the balcony were amazing. We made great use of the pool and the children loved to play on the steps into the water. The garden was well maintained with some very pretty flowers. We did have a couple of very minor problems which were dealt with very quickly by the Solmar team. The beach at Arenal d’en Castell was perfect. Sandy beach leading to shallow clean waters and ideal for small children. Local supermarkets were well stocked. There was a great choice of restaurants and we dined out most nights. The service from Solmar Villas has been excellent from the initial booking right to the end of our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This villa is excellent. Very clean, super well stocked with everything you need kitchen wise. Pool is wonderful, cleaned twice in one week. Lots of seating areas in and out. 4 good size bedrooms, 3 with ensuite + 1 family bathroom. All information provided by Solmar was excellent. Beds and linen all clean. Air conditioning most welcome throughout. The pictures do not do the sea view justice, beautiful. Would love to stay again. Excellent restaurant in Fornells - Sa Fonda.

Villa very clean and modern. Open plan living area with huge balcony with wonderful sea views. Lots of storage in bedrooms and showers in bathrooms very good. Lots of inside and outside seating. Downstairs bedrooms with patio doors to terrace provided excellent private space for part of our family. 10 minute walk to supermarket and one restaurant and bar. The restaurant El Pirata excellent food and very family friendly. Another 10 minutes takes you to the beautiful beach and some more lovely restaurants and bars. Our favourite restaurant was Blue Arenal. Food wonderful as was the friendly service.

To access the villa there is a path which is 137cm wide with 0 steps leading to the villa. The front door has a width of 88cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 93cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area is 120cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 16 steps leading to the pool and terrace area. Internally there are 16 steps leading to the lower ground floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 143cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 134cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
