Villa is in a very scenic location within a reasonable walk of town centre. Grounds are large and pretty with plenty of shady places to sit and pool is larger than average. Interior is fine - comfortable rather than luxurious but A/C works well and beds are comfortable. Eroski supermarket v well stocked and only 10 minutes walk away. Would recommend plenty mosquito repellent - semi rural leafy area meant we all got feasted on. We also got a few little canine visitors at night - didn't look like strays, very cute but persistent. Only other thing - I would try and avoid getting to Port de Pollensa too early-there is nowhere to keep your luggage and you can't get in before 4pm.

Unfortunately we have had to leave a very bad review for this villa. These are the following points I have raised to Solmar: *villa left dirty with other people?s shower bottles *a random bag was left outside the villa all week (did tell the rep but no one came to collect it) *fire alarm was fitted by a maintainace man

To access the villa there is an open path which is 230cm wide. The only access door in the villa has a width of 80cm. When exiting the villa there is one step down to the covered terrace and another step to the pool. The pool contains five roman steps. The ground is relatively flat. The villa has one ground level where the master bedroom has a door width of 75cm. The bathrooms all have a door width of 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen and lounge area is 80cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
