You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Set in the countryside just behind the Llenaire area of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Melis is a true gem. Impressive gardens and grounds surround the large private pool which benefits from roman steps for easier access. The house itself is a traditional stone design and nestles perfectly into the good size plot. Careful thought has been given to the landscaping of the exterior areas with swinging seat, ample alfresco dining and terrace areas inviting you to make the most of the mature gardens and mountain views. Inside the villa has a clean and light feel with good quality modern furnishings throughout. The master bedroom on the first floor has fabulous views which can also be enjoyed from the bath in the en-suite. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 77cm and the other doors that access the pool area is the lounge door which is 160cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 93cm wide, the grounds are flat with one step down from the lounge to the terrace and one step down from the terrace to the path that leads to the pool. The pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedroom doors have a width of 77cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide.
