You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

We are very excited to advertise this high quality, contemporary villa in our portfolio. Villa Marcelino has a wonderful combination of contemporary furnishings, style nestled in the sought after and very picturesque area of Siller. The main villa has an L shape layout which is deceptively spacious with a lounge/diner/kitchen, and furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. After you’ve made use of the state of the art kitchen you may choose to sit and take in the views of the stunning mountains of the Sierra Tramuntana from the dining room before retiring to the serenity of the master bedroom with en-suite. Doors from the bedroom lead straight out to the pool area so why not take an early morning swim in the privacy of your villa grounds. When was the last time you took time to hear the birds sing?
The second bedroom is located in the annexe to the opposite side of the pool, furnished to an equally high standard this twin room also benefits from an en-suite shower room and has views from the double glass doors of the pool area with mountain backdrop.

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is from the bedroom which is 56cm wide and the annex door which is 155cm wide. From the villa to the pool area is open terrace and the grounds are flat. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 155cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide.
