To access the villa there is an open path which is 260cm wide with two steps. The front door has a width of 86cm whilst other access doors have a width of 100cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, with just one step to the lawn area. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm.
