Accessibility

To access the villa there is a path which is 3000cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other door that accesses the pool area is the kitchen door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 3000cm wide, the grounds are flat but there are 3 steps up to the pool and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide which is the main bathroom.
