You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 8 steps up to the villa itself. The driveway is on a slope. The front door has a width of 110cm whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. As can be seen in the images, there are a number of steps on the terrace leading to the poolside. The terrace is tiled and open-plan. Inside, there are 3 steps from the hallway to the ground floor rooms. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 77cm wide, and all bathroom doors are 77cm wide.
