To access the villa there is a path, the width is 195cm with 2 steps to the front door has a width of 85cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 170cm wide. The grounds are mainly flat, there are 2 steps to entering the villa, 1 from the villa to the terrace and one more from the terrace to pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 75cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
