We enjoyed our stay at Villa Rotger. The location is fantastic for walking into Pollensa town, a 10 to 15 minute walk and you are in the main town square. The villa location itself is very quiet with great views of the mountains. The pool was an excellent size for a swim to cool off from the summer heat, the air conditioning also worked well. The only downside was the parking, whilst there is room to park, access is off a narrow road, and it was difficult to turn around in the villa. Would recommend a smaller car, although with the proximity to Pollensa, a car is optional.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 5 steps. The driveway is on a steep slope. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the poolside is 110cm wide. As per the images, there are a large number of steps leading down to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 75cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 75cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 75cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
