You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This stylish two-bedroom villa is set over three floors and is fully equipped with all the modern comforts you could desire.
On the ground floor you will be greeted with a smart entrance hall which will lead you to a purpose-built, contemporary kitchen and a dining area. This floor is also equipped with a downstairs WC. A separate lounge area is situated across the pool area and is equipped with comfortable seating and a television, a great place to escape from the midday sun and enjoy a good book. Leading upstairs you will come across the first of the two bedrooms and a shower room following the modern feel of the property. On the second floor you will find the double bedroom with ensuite shower room and doors onto a terrace which features beautiful views. The modern style flows throughout the whole property and full Wi-Fi and air conditioning is built in for your comfort.
Situated in the middle of Pollensa Town you are well positioned for bars, restaurants and shops. The charming town of Puerto Pollensa is around 7km away and this is where you will find the nearest beach. This charismatic villa has the particular benefit of having its own private pool, unusual for its location in the heart of Pollensa. One not to be missed in this attractive part of Mallorca.

The villa is accessed directly off the street. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 92cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, but narrow due to this properties design. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 14 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 74cm wide, and the bathroom door is 70cm wide.
