The villa is accessed directly off the street. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 92cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, but narrow due to this properties design. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 14 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 74cm wide, and the bathroom door is 70cm wide.
