Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 3 steps. The driveway is on a slope. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. There are 3 steps down to the pool/lawn area. The terrace is crazy paved. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there is 1 step from the kitchen to the dining area. There is also 1 step up to the ground floor bedroom/bathroom. The bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
