Villa Cala is in a nice location, very rural, but about 10 mins drive to Port de Pollença and supermarkets. For us the Villa was spoiled because it was damp, and not 100% clean, floors sticky, fridge dirty. All clothes including clean were damp and smelled by the end of the week. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived so it was unusable. The neighbouring property were having work carried out on their grounds so they were using chain saws to cut down trees, followed by burning, meaning we couldn’t sit out. By the 3rd day of this I sent videos to Solmar, and was advised that the local manager would be in touch. The pool was cleaned halfway through the week, unfortunately with the bonfires it filled very quickly with ash, so again, unusable. The noise and burning continued for another 2 days. We were never contacted by Solmar again. Not blaming the neighbours but we feel that Solmar could have moved us to another property given that it was the end of the season, or at least called. Not sure we would use Solmar again.

We’ll kept property in a beautiful and quiet location. Everything was clean and tidy. Crockery, pots and pans in good condition. When the pool pump broke during our stay it was fixed within a few hours, and then checked to ensure good working order. A perfect holiday!

The sofa definitely needs replacing. No table mats. The last few days the pool was infested on the surface by small black bugs, but the man never came to the pool in the last 4 days.

To access the villa there is a path which is open with 1 step. The front door has a width of 130cm. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 1 step up to the villa from the terrace and 2 more steps by the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
