You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Nestled between Pollenca Old Town and Puerto Pollenca, Font Campo is a delightful Mallorcan villa surrounded by palm trees and greenery.
This one-story home enters into a light lounge with a flat screen tv and dining facilities. Off that is a traditional style kitchen housing all necessary items for a comfortable stay. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, one bathroom and one shower room make up the rest of the interior. The double room has patio doors leading out onto the terrace, to take in that morning fresh air.
Out onto the covered terrace are very comfortable alfresco dinning furnishings, and seating area, a brick-built BBQ and worktop. Sun loungers surround the kidney shaped pool, whilst there's a tree shaded area with table tennis for the competitive family members. The swimming pool has free solar panel pool heating for the low season.
The property has off road parking and mature gardens to sit and relax whilst taking in the mountain view.
To make the most of your stay, you could a take a walk into history in the blonde stone backdrop of Pollenca old town, or a short drive will bring you to the sandy beaches, Platja d'Albercutx and Playas de Cala San Vicente and Playa de Puerto Pollensa. The horse shoe shaped bay is lined with palm trees and features plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 116cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 122cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is a small step off the terrace onto a stone paved pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 74cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
