You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The modern kitchen is open plan to the lounge-diner, creating a superb space for families to relax together, and each of the three sumptuously furnished bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. Can Jocs has clearly been designed with outdoor living in mind, as the gardens are simply delightful. A swathe of manicured lawn encircles the large swimming pool, and to one side a fantastic outdoor kitchen complete with built in barbecue provides a very functional space to create delicious meals to enjoy alfresco. Covered areas and mature trees create plenty of shade and there is ample furniture on the open terrace so you can find your perfect spot to soak up the sun. Outdoor lighting creates a romantic ambience once the sun has set, and there is even a fantastic children’s play area!

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm, and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 75cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is one small step into the villa. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
