Cal Rei is a lovely stone clad country house well located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollensa.

It’s a great example of how to blend traditional architecture with modern facilities. The house retains its original pebbled floor in the lounge/ diner but is furnished with comfortable modern sofas and a smart TV, with an original open fireplace for use in early and late season. The fully equipped kitchen is next to this. Off from the living area there are steps that lead down to the double bedroom with air conditioning and a shared shower room. A few steps then lead up to the twin bedroom with air conditioning and the single bedroom with fan. There is a second shower room accessed externally.

The wonderful gardens offer the ideal setting for al fresco living & relaxing, with sofas and sunbeds and a shaded dining area beside a large outside BBQ kitchen

There is also a ping pong table to keep you entertained.

To access the villa there is a path with a width of 200cm along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 110cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 500cm wide and the grounds are flat. There are 8 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 3 steps down to the ground level bedroom and bathroom.
