You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

We highly recommend this contemporary two-storey villa for those who wish to be within walking distance of a sandy beach and Cala D'Or’s impressive selection of shops, restaurants and cafés.
Most of the ground floor is open plan and the interiors are well-appointed, with all the mod cons necessary for a comfortable villa holiday in Majorca. There is a spacious living room with access to the terrace/pool, a kitchen with a dining table and a separate, more formal dining room with plush furnishings. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and huge glass doors leading to the pool complete this level. On the first floor there are a further two twin bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the lovely grounds. Outside, the spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax and recharge. There is a covered terrace with a dining area and portable barbecue, where guests can test their culinary skills with locally sourced Majorcan products. In the centre of the garden is an inviting private pool surrounded by a decked terrace, complete with loungers where you can sunbathe and socialise in-between dips.
Being located in the heart of Cala D’Or makes this the ideal villa for those who don’t want to think about having to drive anywhere. Stroll to the colourful promenade during the day, or lap up the sunshine at Cala Gran Beach. It’s got Blue Flag status and offers beautiful views, soft white sands and atmospheric eateries nearby.

The lounge door is 147cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 77cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 165cm wide, the path to the pool is 165cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 74cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the first floor bathroom doors are 77cm wide.
