To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 82cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 85cm wide, the path to the pool is 105cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
