Patio doors lead from the terrace into a reading room, ideal for those wanting a spot of shade with the company of a good book. The ground floor is also home to the living and dining room, minimalistic in style with natural colours and cool air conditioning. The vibrant kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, making your cooking experience as simple as possible. There's also a guest toilet on this floor. Upstairs we find all three bedrooms, two double rooms, one of which is ensuite, and a twin room with access to a separate bathroom.

Sitting in a prime location within walking distance to nearby shops, and restaurants as well as only being a 15-minute walk to the stunning Cala D'or marina. This beautiful spot by the sea is a must-see and the ideal place for an evening meal as the day draws to a close.
