The villa is in a fantastic location about a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops. The Villa was incredibly clean and tidy and the grounds were huge, we very much enjoyed our time and would certainly stay here again. The villa could use a little bit of tlc as some of the shutter door holders were broken and the outdoor patio lighting didn’t work, I would suggest to replace the front gate padlock, you had to really yank it to open it. The Solmar team were really great, and we will definitely be booking with them again in the future. 5/5 stars

We had great stay! It was a little tricky to figure out the hot water heater at first and we wished we had a few more blankets. But the house was great and the outdoor space is incredible!! Especially appreciated the fence around the pool for our 2 year old. It was a little too chilly to fully enjoy the space in April, would recommend coming later in the year.

It is a very spacious villa in a beautiful location. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning that can provide both warm and cold air. Several idyllic beaches can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Many restaurant options for vegan or gluten free food. At the end of the street at Cala sa Nau you can follow a path to the cliffs with a beautiful view. From here you can also continue walking to Cala Mitjana. Which is a much more pleasant way than the path you have to follow if you were to leave the villa on foot. Both walks are not accessible with a pushchair.

There are 2 steps to access the villa as well as a 110cm wide path. The width of the front door is 75cm wide and other doors that access the pool are the kitchen door which is 115cm wide and the living room do which is also 115cm wide. The width of paths that access the pool are all 78cm wide and the ground is a little uneven with small steps. The pool has roman steps and a fence around it which the gate is 67cm wide and has 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool. The width of the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide and the width of the widest bath/shower room is 67cm. the door into the kitchen area is 77cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
