The villa itself is across two storeys and lends itself towards two families or groups as both levels consist of three bedrooms, one on each level has an ensuite, kitchen, family bathroom and lounge giving independence from the rest of party if desired. If you would like to stroll to the beach, the popular  Calo d'es Pou beach is approximately 16 mins walk away, and for shopping you are never far from a mini market or for bigger shops head West a few minutes to the Es Pou area of Cala D’or.
