To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 130cm wide. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 72cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the path leading to the pool is 130cm wide. The outside grounds are fairly flat, the area around the pool is flat and even however there is one step down from the terrace to the pool. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide. The ground floor bathroom is a shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 68cm wide.
