To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 120cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 250cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is one step from the terrace to the pool area. Internally there are 18 steps leading to the first floor, there is also 1 step up to one bedroom and 2 steps up to another bedroom. All the bedrooms have a door width of 80cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
