You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

The stylish kitchen and lounge area are fully illuminated by the large sliding glass doors which lead directly onto a stunning terrace with brick barbeque and gorgeous infinity-edge swimming pool. Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom with queen sized bed and a family bathroom with walk in shower, ideal for those with reduced mobility.
Upstairs leads you to a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed and en-suite shower room, with an additional family bathroom shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors leading to a shared balcony overlooking the breath-taking s’Albufera.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 92cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 200cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is a ramp leading to the front door. Internally there are 16 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 90cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 90cm, on the ground floor, on the first floor, the bedroom doors are all 70cm wide and the bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
