Accessibility information

To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 130cm. The path to the pool area is 220cm wide. There are 3 steps from the parking area to the covered terrace, and 3 steps down to the pool area. The pool itself requires step access. The terrace is a mixture of lawn, tiles, and crazy paving. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm. There are 14 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and bathroom door is 70cm again. The door into the kitchen is also 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
