You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

A car is recommended for Villa Alzina, but with a private driveway, you won't be struggling with parking. Leading off the driveaway you'll be greeted with a covered beamed terrace featuring alfresco dining facilities and hanging lanterns. The comfortable seating area offers wonderful views of the Tramuntana Mountains, imagine drinking your morning coffee here. What a view! The 9 x 5m pool holds the limelight, surrounded by soft green lawn and featuring classic roman steps.
Inside Villa Alzina is filled with character, with light wooden beams throughout. As soon as you walk in you'll be captivated by the wrought iron staircase! The entrance also doubles up as a dining/seating area, making the most of the space this property has to offer. Straight ahead you'll see the kitchen where the traditional feel continues. The ground floor also hosts a comfortable living area, with satellite TV and wooden doors leading to the terrace. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom are also located on the ground floor.

To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 130cm. The path to the pool area is 220cm wide. There are 3 steps from the parking area to the covered terrace, and 3 steps down to the pool area. The pool itself requires step access. The terrace is a mixture of lawn, tiles, and crazy paving. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm. There are 14 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and bathroom door is 70cm again.
