You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Identical to its sister villa, Albufera has a glistening pool terrace, with an impressive 7 metre pool and alfresco dining facilities. Patio doors from the decking lead into the modern kitchen and the minimalistic living area. An ideal spot for cooling off away from the hot Mallorcan midday sun. There are three bedrooms in total, all residing on the first floor. One bedroom has two twin beds, whilst the remaining two have double beds, all with air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.

To access the villa there is a path which is 177cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 95cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is 1 step down to the poolside, whilst the path to the pool area is 80cm wide. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and all bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
