You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet – the master bedroom truly stunning in its views, making you feel like you are surrounded by the sea, along with the four poster double bed providing that extra touch of luxury and, to top it all off, it leads you out onto a beautiful terrace. There is a second double bedroom which is beautifully finished and, finally, a lovely spacious twin room. All rooms come with much welcomed air conditioning.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 155cm wide. The front door is 90cm wide whereas the other access door is 76cm wide. The pool path has a width of 300cm. The ground outside of the villa is flat, the ground floor is even with the pool area and covered terrace being all one level. There are no bathrooms or bedrooms located on the ground floor, only a toilet with basin. There are 17 steps to the first floor where all the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, all the bathrooms also have a door width of 70cm.
