To access the villa there is an open path which is 155cm wide. The front door is 90cm wide whereas the other access door is 76cm wide. The pool path has a width of 300cm. The ground outside of the villa is flat, the ground floor is even with the pool area and covered terrace being all one level. There are no bathrooms or bedrooms located on the ground floor, only a toilet with basin. There are 17 steps to the first floor where all the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, all the bathrooms also have a door width of 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 70cm whilst the door in the lounge is 93cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
