The villa is tired and rather dated. No decent showers. Kitchens were badly equipped, for example, there were no shelves in the upstairs kitchen oven! I looked everywhere for them. The AC didn't work properly in the downstairs double bedroom and there was only one remote control for this room, which had to be shared with the upstairs double bedroom. The sink in the downstairs bathroom was blocked. A couple of chairs weren't useable due to being partially broken. The list went on. This is unacceptable and shows poor maintenance. As we were only there for a week, we didn't want people coming around to do maintenance jobs, as was offered. I asked Solmar Villas for compensation but this has not been acknowledged. Consequently, I find them to be an untrustworthy company and won't use them again.

To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors in the lounge area which are 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 75cm wide, the grounds are even but there are 2 small steps and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are a total of 5 steps down into the pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
