The surrounding local area of the villa is mainly flat. The path leading to the front door is 90cm wide with 2 low steps, and the front door is 136cm wide. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 72cm wide. From the entry hall, there is a bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen and dining area on the same level. To access the lounge on this same level it is via the kitchen, dining area and then a second dining area. Direct access is a step up and then back down of the entry hall. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 134cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide and there are 3 steps out of the back door. The area around the pool is flat and the pool has Roman steps access. The widest ground-floor bedroom door is 72cm wide and the widest ground-floor bathroom door is 72cm wide, this has a bath and a shower. There are 15 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are all 72cm wide, the first-floor bathrooms are all 72cm also.
