Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Please note, this villa is in a slightly hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The path to the poolside is 96cm wide. There are 14 steps to the pool area, whilst the surrounding area is fully tiled and spacious. There is also a vast lawn/garden. Inside, there are 9 steps down to the lounge/dining area. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 72cm, whilst the ensuite doors are 62cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 72cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 140cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
