To access the villa there is an open path which is 118cm wide with one step. The front door and doors to terrace door both have a door width of 69cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The villa is all ground floor; the widest bedroom door has a width of 72cm whereas the widest bathroom door has a width of 72cm.
