You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Licinia is a three bedroom, single story detached villa with stunning views across the countryside and out to sea from its picturesque location in the Vale de Parra resort.

Vale de Parra is an outstanding rural location in the heart of the Algarve and very popular in the summer months. Licinia Villa has two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with Air conditioning; two of the bedrooms have patio doors that open out onto opposite sides of the poolside terrace.

Licinia has a mature lawned garden, an impressive private swimming pool, natural shade in the garden, a built in barbecue, outdoor shower and plenty of furniture and sun loungers; making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Portuguese weather at its finest. The village of Guia – famous for the Chicken Piri-Piri is a must experience whilst in the Algarve and some of the best beaches in the Algarve are within only a 10 minute drive.

To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 70cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the utility/dining area which are 62cm wide. The grounds are all flat apart from accessing the BBQ which is down 4 steps and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide.
