Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 72cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 78cm wide and the patio door from the dining area which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area 150cm wide and the grounds are flat. The widest bedroom door is 63cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 64cm wide which is the ensuite in the double room. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 78cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
