The area outside of the villa gates is undulating and from the drive up to the villa there is an incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 3m wide, there are 13 steps to get to the front door, which is 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 66cm wide, the path leading to the pool is 3m wide. The pool has Roman steps access. Inside the villa, the lounge door is 192cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. The ground-floor bedroom doors are both 68cm wide and their ensuite doors are 62cm wide. There are 16 steps leading to the first-floor level.
